venting my frustration...

well, just want to vent my frustration... regarding the employment agency i am working for now : Adeccoo...


i just dun like their way of management... esp their mode of payment of our salary.. till now, they did not say anything abt the pay which was suppposed to be due on monday (29th jan) ... they said they will give us cheque and we can cash in ourselves.. y can't they do e-banking and just transfer the salary to our account? make us take the hassle to go down EVERY monday of the week to submit one piece of paper:timesheet ... den leave... its so waste time and money la!!!


on top of that.. on monday, 29th jan they said we promoters will start to work everyday from today ( 2nd feb) onwards... but they did said they will call us to confirm with us which day we can work or cannot work... its only today when the agent call to give me a reminder, found out tat the agent didn't call me to confirm abt the days.. i m so pissed... i won't work everyday for them... why should i work so hard when they dun even care for their own employees...


tml morning have briefing to attend... 945-12.. wonder how are we going to report work on time... and are they going to deduct our pay cuz we not working full hours? i will know tml.........


oh ya...who want to go for NTU course talk on 11 feb? if got pple going, den i dun work tat day, if i m still working........
