late dinner

well, had late dinner... as always.. cuz my mum usually knock off quite late.. but the time reach home around 730 or later... so like dinner will be after 730.. always hungry for dinner... haha.. but what to do... takeaway food till sainz liao.. the whole neighbourhood food eat till sainz le... now dinner is such an headache.. dun know wad and where to eat...hahah.. my dad dun like catered food... he say no taste n not nice... so tat can't be another option..


met my mum at Bukit batok comunity centre to have dinner... reached there around 8... took like ages for the food to come..haha.. reached home around 845... dad wasn't happy.. already complianed alot tat my mum everytime so late.. make him miss his SGI .. haha.. but managed to catch the recap at the end of the show.. Hady was impressive man..haha.. he will go far..


but while waiting for dinner... i saw a lady with two of her kids... one of her kids accidentally dropped his eating utensils... den he like didn't bother to pick it up.. den just left to play play with his siblings... den as usual.. kids would make a din and they enjoy it (which i dun understand) all this while, the mum was like just minding her own business and just eating her food and watching tv.... when they left... the mum forgotten to take the bag for her kid...


hmmm, i was just wondering how singaporean modern parents take care of their child... forget abt the recent news abt the marginal increase in the births of babies... we should be concerned how our "future" is taken care of.. its.. but wad can we do to allow more time, i mean quality time, spent by parents on their children.. inevitable in singapore that both parents have to work in order to make ends meet and to support child's education


and wad's the mentality of the parents? give the best for their children? i dun know.. izzit love too much? or spoilt them le? hmmm, i think u all know how singaporean kids behave nowadays... although its not all.. i am just stating wad i think.. i feel tat nowadays.. they are treated veri well till that they feel like they are the kings n queens of the world... anybody beg to differ?
